Pinot Grigio, BOLLINI, Trentino, Italy

This delicious wine has an unfair advantage;
the wine is crafted by winemakers in training at the nearby Istituto Agrario Provinciale di San Michele all'Adige, renowned for its oenological research.  These students are an eager and motivated workforce seeking to make the best wine possible.

Bollini Pinot Grigio is produced from hand picked grapes grown in superbly exposed, meticulously cultivated hillside vineyards.
The cool, even climate of Trentino is particularly well-suited to the Pinot Grigio variety, lending it a characteristic personality and especially fragrant, perfumed bouquet.
